Hi I built an app that does not require a web connection. You can run on your smartphone from a browser or use an offline app like koder for completely off grid use.
It basically is a handholding OSINT report generating app, uses SALT, SALUTE and other data gathering options to produce accurate, thorough and actionable intel.
It then lets you copy to clipboard to paste into a notes app or you can send via some kind of secure chat.
You can also print to PDF or generate a standalone HTML page (offline).

If you do have a website/server, there is a php version that lets you save your reports to the server in the code section.
