American Redoubt:



05 MAR: An explosion at the Pasadena Refining System, Inc. forced the closure of the Houston Ship Channel for four hours while emergency services fought a fire.  (Analyst Comment: The fire was reported to have started naturally, however, we consider the industrial areas east of Houston to be a potential terror target due to the flammable materials and critical infrastructure in the area.)
