Retired Gen. James “Mad Dog” Mattis is the most revered Marine Corps leader since Chesty Puller.  They call him the Warrior Monk for his years in the study of warfighting.  In this 16 minute video, Gen. Mattis talks about leadership, making tough decisions, and getting along during tough times.
